After learning about Santroll's history, business and development, the students visited Santroll's SMT automated production line, machining workshop, finished product assembly workshop and Santroll Test Center. They had a preliminary understanding of Santroll and had greater enthusiasm for the day's activities.
After the visit, the students went to the Fan Hall (the "R&D supermarket" set up by the company) and were immediately attracted by the products, equipment, components and development tools on display.

After everyone was seated and grouped, the 23rd graduates in Santroll also joined each group to participate in the follow-up practical operation content. At the same time, we specially invited the graduates of the 14th class of Tianjin University of Technology and Education - Minister Jiang of the research and Development Department of the New Energy Division and his younger students to get to know each other and share his student days and work experiences with them.

"You can start to choose the product to disassemble", the students went toward the "products" and began to perform "surgery" on them. These products are our carefully selected domestic and foreign electrical control, as well as electronic equipment related products and prototypes, some of which are students have seen but never disassembled.
The workshop area was very hot. With the dismantling of the students, the engineers of the company kept answering the questions encountered in the dismantling process. Every dedicated face, communication and exchange again and again, have witnessed everyone's love and adherence to electronics.

In the communication process, Santroll engineer explained the design ideas, application knowledge and attention matters of the motor and controller, and the field interaction and frequent questions, so that the students have a certain understanding of the programming language, circuit design, electronic components (including processors, sensors, power management chips, etc.), which not only greatly stimulated the students' interest, but also greatly stimulated the students' interest.
